About
Meet the designer
Dia Duit my name is Aoife and I am an award winning fashion designer from Tipperary, Ireland. I studied fashion design in Limerick School of art and design where I obtained my Ba honours degree in fashion design in 2020. It was in college I really flourished as a designer. It is important in the fashion industry to gain experience so I moved to London for an internship for 3 months to work for a fashion designer. I am 26 and living in Tipperary where I have my fashion studio and I love to design and create there.
Nature and Design
I have always loved creating dresses since I was a teenager out of recycled materials. I entered Junk Kouture twice when I was a teenager and then went on to create this leaf inspired tree dress for my college portfolio in 2015. I was always heavily inspired by nature and the environment around me and I still am to this day. I love exploring Ireland with my friends and family and seeing the beautiful landscapes and attractions around Éire.

Design Inspiration
Our design inspiration comes from Irelands beautiful scenery and culture. Our first collection was inspired by the clouds and rain and our new collection is inspired by shamrocks, trees and the scenery of Ireland.
Our ethos and brand mission
The fashion label Éire Fashion Aoife is inspired by the beautiful green scenery and nature in Éire. Our brand mission is to create beautifully made clothing in Tipperary inspired by Irish culture and nature around us. I wanted to build a brand where my designs would be made in my studio in Tipperary to order reducing waste.

Here we worked with Miss Earth Ireland to create an Irish Oak tree inspired dress for a costume for the Miss Earth final.
